Story Time
— Time Machine
Time is generally understood in terms of measuring systems that can be used to coordinate and sequence events. An ordinary clock relates time to the earth’s rotation on its axis: one rotation constitutes a day; a day is divided in 24 hours, and a clock represents this 24-hour sequence, its tell the time. Story Time, designed by Atelier NL and produced by Laikingland, isn’t an ordinary clock, it doesn’t tell the time as a sequence of 24 hours. It tells a story, a sequence of events.
